Possible Die Off Symptoms from Monolaurin

Hey Guys,
I just started taking monolaurin a few days ago and are starting to experience symptoms such as tingling and buzzing in nerves, muscle twitches/spasms, fatigue, headaches, brain fog, has anyone experienced these symptoms taking this, does it sounds like more die off symptoms or an allergic reaction to the medication? Im torn on if I should continue taking this

At what amount did you start with in taking monolaurin? I had to SLOWLY build on dosage because of side effects that you mention. I am that way with any medicine or herb I start. Since monolaurin is supposed to be antibacterial and anti-viral, too much too soon can cause problems.

Hey! I started with two 600mg capsules in the morning and two in the evening, is this a good sign that its working and kill off pathogens

Yes, use the pellets instead of capsules, it’s easier to ramp up. It is very powerful

I found the same as Elvin. When I first started, I used capsules. Even emptying some of the capsule, I had problems. Then went to pellets and built up slower. Went much better.
