And Aerose, I didn't think about Apple cider vinegar. Thanks fort that.
I have noticed when I eat sugar, anxiety goes up next day. Yesterday, I gave in, which I usually don't, after my neighbors brought over some homemade treats. I usually get a migraine from that but didn't. However, anxiety is way up this morning.
Also, I noticed tongue is noticeably yellow where it was white looking before. Cleaned and scraped it. It's nasty to see it.
