Praying about
and contemplating whether to use Maralone or Mepron. I've looked at some past posts on the matter but wanted to see if there were any additional thoughts. Extra cost of Mepron worth extra benefit?

Mepron is a stronger dose than the amount in malarone.
It’s usually Dr J’s first option when treating Babs.
Malarone is often prescribed when a patient can’t tolerate the Mepron.
If you can afford it....

For me it was the opposite. I couldn't tolerate malarone as the proguanil lowered my folate too much.
