Am I herxing malarone

Hi everyone,
I started malarone sometime last week and yesterday I started feeling like I had swollen lymph nodes because I had some difficulty swallowing. As the day went on I started feeling like I had general achiness (almost like I’m getting the flu) this made me think I was definitely having a herx reaction.

Today I woke up and did not have any achiness and only still felt like I still had a little bit of the swollen lymph nodes. Is it normal for the herx to go away that fast?

Also, I didn’t get any classic Babesia symptoms when I herxed, has anyone else experienced this?
