Strange herxing

Really weird thing I've noticed that probably no one can relate to but thought I would give it a shot. I almost never herx... had my first herx last week after being on treatment for almost a year. I'm on Malarone and Disulfiram right now (not sure if this is relevant). Anyways, I go to this local coffee shop and get a Chai tea with oat milk every once in a while. And I've noticed that when I get this I feel like I have herx symptoms soon afterwards. For example, I was there last week doing homework and got two of these teas and within an hour my lymph nodes were swelling and that night I had flu-like herx symptoms that lasted a little more than a day. Anyways, I got another tea again today and noticed the same thing that now my lymph nodes are swelling up, similar to last time. Has anyone ever noticed a herx being set off like this. It seems too strange to be connected but I guess you never know.

I guess it could depend on what you are sensitive to. Caffeine? Sugar? Gluten that contaminated the oats in the oat milk? Maybe one of the spices in their chai mix is high in histamine?

Do you ever go to this coffee shop and order other things? Could it be the coffee shop and not the chai, like maybe cleaning products or mold?

Does not sound like the tea is causing the herx, but I guess who knows? With Disulfiram, people do seem to herx like never before.
