Full Moon [2/9/2020]

So the full moon is in two days but it's already on full display because it's a supermoon.

If someone told me this before I got Lyme I might not have understood.

But it's like clockwork every month: increased fatigue, migraines, pressure in head, increased brainfog.

Anyone else struggling right now?

I hadn't thought of it being the moon, but I've been having a sort of flare lately. I learned a new word..."trigeminal"...That nerve area is where my pressure headaches (and sometimes the back of my head) are usually so I find myself massaging my temples with my own free-styled cranio-sacral therapy. Experiencing DP/DR and OCD symptoms also.
