My 16 year old daughter has been dealing with Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella for 3.5 years. She was finally diagnosed in January 2018, but we are having a great deal of trouble finding a LLMD to treat her. Any recommendation is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry your daughter has been dealing with lyme disease for all this time.

Keep checking back, as I'm sure there are members who can suggest LLMD's in North Carolina.
You should enable your email so they can send you messages privately. We don't post the names of the LLMD"s on the forum (for their protection)

I go to Washington, DC to the J Clinic. Would that be too far to travel? You can email me about the details...as the appointments are 3-4 months apart (after the first 2) which saves $$ (compared to monthly appointments)
I also do phone appointments for every other appointment.

Please feel free to expand on your daughter's story and ask any questions you have.

I give her a 5 star rating. I've struggled with improvement since seeing her (ups and downs), but I currently have stubborn infections and can't blame her at all for my slow progress. I am very thankful to be able to work with her.

She listens well, is very knowledgeable, is flexible, not overly expensive, etc.

Just an FYI - she has trained under Dr. J (Washington,DC) and I think she may still work out of his office, as well as her own. (AW)

I've heard nothing but good things about her.
