just wondering how long people have taken the Buhners chronic fatigue formula?
when did u start to see any results?
and how long do u anticipate carrying on?
will symptoms return if u stop or is it a case of getting it under control first.

I am taking the core protocol as well . started it last week.

Would you mind posting a summary of what Buhner's protocol for CFS/ME is, for those who don't have the books? I don't see that protocol posted on his website, and my copies of his books are packed away in my garage, possibly forever as part of mold remediation.... smile
