Hi, is cordyceps allowed if someone has problems with yeast overgrowth? Thanks.

Yes medicinal mushrooms are ok to take with candida issues.

Though there were yeast issues before starting, I've been taking cordyceps and reshi mushroom with no problems for a few months now.
