I'm not familiar with that type of testing. The Lyme specific bands that are usually on WB's: 39, 83, and 41 show negative on your test.

Those two tests above (not familiar with) look to be positive.

...and your CD57 is low...which could mean immune suppression....which is often the case with Lyme.

Retesting after treatment with WB's / positive bands isn't usually used because they can still show positive awhile after treatment.

I'm not knowledgeable with EBV - so won't comment. There are others' on the forum who can comment on that.

What lab were these tests done at?

If you aren't improving/haven't improved in any symptoms : ie progressing forward - after a significant amount of time...maybe it's time to change it up?

How long did it take you to get up to 250 mg of DSF? I've heard that most DSF patients don't report improvements until after they stop taking it.

250 is a low dose . 375 is recommended which I have been on since March 1, and planning to ramp up to 500 as soon as availability improves.

Lyme and Co's can contribute to diahrea…. Floristor is very helpful

fact is, my results are really + - same before treatment...and same from many labs last 5 - 6 years, when I'm seriously ill with CFS. Many CFS patients had really low CD57, but my is still lower and lower.

I am very afraid that positivity may be false and it confuses LLMD. I say on the basis that I have never had a reaction to any treatment with antibiotics and herbs and disulfram.

In my opinion, the doses of the DSF are very different according to the patient. Most important thing is go low and slow on start... This is, why I had no side effects. Except for diarrhea after three months when I had to quit. There was a really small improovement in the end, but at the same time I tried Nalcrom (cromolyn) for possible MCAS.

But I'm not sure, if I have MCAS. My inflammation says high:
IL-8
PGE2 (related with LPS)
Zonulin
Kynurenic Acid
EPX/EDN (eosinophil protein x / eosinophil derived neurotoxin)

Floristore? I don't know this probiotic. Is available in EU countries?

At this point, I decided that I needed to find a new LLMD after a few years because dealing with it myself is extremely difficult and unsustainable in the long run with my condition. Every good advice is great!

And sure, I will be very happy, when you will discuss the other attached results with me ;-)
