Hello. My lyme is roaring, as my bart too.
I am currently on mino, biaxin, methylene blue and dapsone, 50mg for 3 weeks and 100mg the last 5 days, plus hout, siada and crypto.
I am switching to a "good diet" to carnivore because of the inflammation in my body ( all nerves in right side head to toes).
Do you know what these big blocks are ? I think it could have a link with my liver... and the "glue" in which spiros are stucked ? Biofilms ? https://youtu.be/jvvvn2c9izk

glad you reached out . your last post pulled on my heart as i know what its like to be in that much excruciating pain . i know you have been trying to try and you are tired but make a bargain with yourself to give yourself a year to get out of pain before any window flights please . its also very amazing to me that even while on all those abx clearly there are spirochetes swimming unaffected!

from what i see you have a lot going on . i would like to see brighfield a bit at 1000x but the large shiny things you are inquiring about appear to be charcot crystals. i was taught that they are direct result of sugars and protiens actually escaping the digestive system into the bloodstream via actual permeability; likely caused by offending pathogens.
if i were in your shoes again i would begin at the beginning. i would stop meds for a sec get on some tramadol for pain and switch out benzos with holy basil and valerian tincture if your adrenals and bp can handle it . licorice is close to aldosterone so it helped my pots and dizziness. you must break the pain cycle in your head or one will snap and make rash ragey decisions instead of clear choices!

next i would try some 1 or 2 gram rocephin injections (6$ if you mix) with procaine in glutes. the anti inflammatory nature stopped the bone and body pain almost completely in few days . next i would try some ivermectin or herbal parasite cleanse as they may harbor more borrelia. and may pause borrelia from drilling more . i would get some alinia for the protozoan and bart and viral efficacy. my llmd calls it solid yellow gold .....and then i would try a juice fast ( low glycemic) then try demulcients like slippery elm , marshmallow root and aloe to see if it relieves the inflammation by sealing off the gut ... i hope your on 100billion probiotics a day ?! but if that works some then making your own greentea kombucha, goat yogurt and s. boulardi will give you a quik protective layer. rebuilding the microbiome while removing pathogens is challenging and can take up to 18 months to get all the eggs and cysts out . it is well documented that ticks can carry a fillarial component as well as any pork or ice berg lettuce meal.
when you get back to treating lyme and bart maybe consider iv abx and bvt and allicin for your virulent variety or consider adding daily plasma rife machine for your known pathogens... fwiw i had 9 horrible systemic detrimental pathogens but big to small they all must fall ... keep your chin up make sure you have b vitamins and food based iron for your donut cells and anemia . also please get some mucuna bean extract and start asap with st johns wort ! your gut and relationships probably have not been making dopamine for your brain for quite some time . this and holy basil literally saved my life . i lost everything too maybe even worse because i was missing my daughter for few years but some new life will come from the ashes . imagine what kind of healer you will be when you beat this bologna... also go pay for a massage if u can , oxytocin makes blood thinner ... email me if you need - sending this with all the true human compassion and hope i can conjure. digital hugs
