Hello, I was looking through the older posts and came across Biofilms post on using a protocol for bartonella.
Here's the thread.
https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=1296952I'm just wanting to hear more on this protocol used, partcularly the last one mentioned, roxithromycin, bactrim and tetracycline. Bactrim also happens to be active against persister lyme as well.
I have read the Gasser protocol and it seems to have done really quite well. I have spoken to some on the facebook groups as well and roxithromycin is quite helpful for them for both bart and lyme.
carlnpa has also been using roxithromycin with good results too.
I am planning on giving it a try, roxithromycin, minocycline and bactrim. The bactrim, I know can cause issues with electrolytes and kidney function so I've taken that on board, my kidneys are okay to use it and I haven't had allergic reactions to it in the past.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with them? It's been a while since they posted. It would be nice to know the details of the protocol and dosing, I am guessing it's similar to the Gasser protocol?
