Tongue Buzzing/Heart Palpitations/Feeling under left Ribcage

A bit lost. Huge Bartonella relapse. Took plaquenil/tetracycline again since 10march... 17march I began to have Heart issue, like palpitations or nerve issue in heart especially when trying to sleep like it just jumps a lot. And in everyday it feels a bit exhausted and I can sometimes like feel the nerves ? Then since two days now I feel tongue buzzing at the back of the tongue not the tip.m, is this because a cranial nerve is involved ? (Have to notice tjat Bartonella now is very present in the right side of my brain, cold feeling, my herx was there etc.) I began Rifampicin again since yesterday so it can't be linked to that but I had a herx with Buhner Bartonella herbs.. Also near the same time the heart issue appeared I also got when I lay down and try to rest a weird dull feeling at the left side under my ribcage it's at the bottom I can actually sometimes not tell if it's ribcage or an organ but seems an organ, gies from the left sude ribcage to a bit of the middle almost above the belly button yet a bit at left side what is this ? i try to search, I tought it was kidney someone tell me stomach. (It's on the left upper quadrant.)

You say you are taking those meds again - so you have taken them before? Did this happen before?

I have heart symptoms, too, and I definitely empathize with how freaky it can be. I have POTS, and my heart acts up most often when I'm experiencing tachycardia or when I'm dehydrated. Herxing makes it worse. Stress can make it worse as well. Are you having any adrenal issues, unusual stress, poor sleep, electrolyte imbalances, or dehydration?

The lower-left edge of the ribcage is likely to be the rib cartilage (costochondritis), abdominal wall muscles (like if you have ben hunched over a lot), or possibly the stomach (but that would be worse when you ate) or curve of the colon (which also would correlate with digestive processes, particularly preparing to have a bowel movement). Your kidney would be around the back, and the spleen would be all the way on one side.

The nerve sensation around the heart can be costochondritis, too. Some people experience it as soreness, but to others it feels like electric shocks. Mine almost always focuses over the heart area, which I find terribly irritating! ;) Costochondritis has to do with collagen and cartilage loss, and can also be aggravated by structural issues and the position in which you hold your body. (Lately I cannot sleep on my side because it crunches my ribs.)
