This video is about COVID but in reality, it is the exact same problems we face. This is how I see disease progression take place. It is a combination of substrates, cofactors, proteins, genes, pathogens, pH, nutrients, elements, and chemistry all rolled into one. This physician does an excellent job of explaining the biochemistry of COVID problems and that happens to be our problems as well. I can add some to this video but he does a very good job of hitting what is going wrong.

Yes, Dr. Seheult's videos are great for explaining what's going on biochemically. Thanks for posting.

For those who may not have the time or mental space to watch a 26-minute video and who just want to know what they can do to protect themselves, here'e the summary: Decrease the oxidative stress caused by this disease by ensuring plenty of zinc, manganese, copper, and especially glutathione.

While I feel it's very important to understand underlying causes, sometimes people just need to know what do to to help themselves, and I have very little patience for explaining what's going on without including the next logical step, i.e. what to do to fix problems! So I was glad to see that practical advice was included.
