Anyone try these? What were your results? Particularly for brain issues

I haven’t tried any of those. I always wanted to try Chinese senega root. If you try it, please post about it.

Blakeley tried Stephania but along with other herbs so I can’t say for sure if it caused it, but the herx after beginning herbs was huge.

I would like to revisit stephania now a year later bc Buhner recommends it so often for so many symptoms.

A friend (who does not have Lyme, as far as she knows, but does have mold and MCAS issues) has great results with motherwort. Like night and day.

Do you know what symptoms the motherwort helps with? Is that one that should only be used occasionally rather than daily long term?

No, sorry, I don't know many details about motherwort. My friend (with MCAS and mold issues) finds that it improves her sense of well-being. So it elevates mood for her, but also as a result eliminates stress-induced or stress-exacerbated symptoms.

I just ordered some of them today so I'll report back if there are any positive effects
