I subscribe to LLMD MR online treatment book. His latest information is on Methylene blue plus abx for Bart.

Anyone seeing this LLMD?

I don't have the pleasure to see this doctor in real life but I'm a big fan of his work.

His Lyme guide has basically guided me since the beginning of me getting Lyme.

In this new article it says oregano oil is a possible alternative to methylene blue, if I'm reading it correctly that is.

Very interesting and good news, since I can't use methylene blue with my SSRI's.

I have nothing but positive things to say about him.

I saw this too. Looks like oregano oil or methylene blue. I’m thinking of going back on abx the end of July - rif and mino with either methylene or oregano oil.

There is methylene blue in Uribel, which I took for cystitis 5 years ago. It did a great job in calming bladder. I took 1 pill, 4x a day (10 mg of methylene blue in each capsule - so i was taking 40 mg). Dr MR prescribes 50 mg, 2x a day. I wonder if those with bladder issues could take uribel instead of compounding methylene ($$).

Hmmm...interesting. I have ADP oregano oil caplets. I only take 1 per day, though, when I do take it. How many mg per day of oregano are you supposed to take?

Isn’t oregano anti-fungal and anti-parasitic?

I have always found it bizarre how I react to antiparasitic and antifungal herbs and supplements. If I take enough to herx, they tend to bring out bart sx more than anything else - rage and other psych sx, skin sx, bart scratches and stretch marks.
