Not sure if it would help, but dong regulary breath work is great in general. I noticed a lot of improvments during a period where I spent 20-40 min meditating 5-6 days a week.
As DNRS have helped you, it might be good to continue in that kind of treatment. Medidation fits very well with that. Add some cold showers, muscle relaxation exercises and some time on a mat of nails. Not sure what its called in english but its lika mat with a lot of hard pointy things in plastic
Great for stress and anxiety. Cold showers have been my favorite lately, specially when its so warm now.
