My Hashimoto thyroid continues to be stable vs raising the meds for 20 years like before. Didnt repeat the two antibodies though.

Kidneys look better per blood urea nitrogen is 24 (range 7-25), creatine in mid range and no protien in my urine.

Liver ALT / AST is great, both under 22.

Bilirubin normal again.

Fasting Glucose 97 and three month ac1 is 5.5 (normal)

*My Immune system seems to be permanently low, im guessing from Autoimmune, Lyme , age, bad T-cell gene and possibly ABX use (yes thats a possibility). I only test my specific immune cells once per year now, but this shows up as low globulin and total protien levels (which are immunoglobulin cells) in the basic CMP test, as it just did again. sad

So I am technically more susceptible to covid, that said I seldom get colds so I think despite having low quantity immune cells, the ones I have seem to work well.

Eating protien can only elevate the Albumin protien level, im mid range there with lots of additional protien intake.

My potassium is on the low side of normal, odd since I eat bananas.

Hi Astroman! Glad most of the measurements are looking good for you.

Since Lyme I have also ALWAYS had a low WBC count- specifially neutrophils. However, for my last round of blood work a couple of months ago, EVERYTHING including WBC was in range! Hopefully it wasn't an aberration.

I had been on disulfiram so it's possible that its effects had finally led to an increase in WBC. But it could've also been due to some herbs that I introduced before that last blood draw.

From my notes:

1/24 WBC count 3.2

2/10 WBC count 3.3

2/11 increased my daily disulfiram dose to 187.5 mg daily... started ligustrum and echinacea angustifolia (had to use powders rather than tinctures).

2/21 increased my daily disulfiram dose to 250 mg daily (my max dose)

2/26 WBC count was 3.7 (still a little low)

3/6 I stopped echinacea angustifolia (it's recommended not to take it for more than a few weeks at a time)

3/22 stopped ligustrum (ran out)

4/14 started cordyceps powder, which I'd taken for long periods before this, though this was a different brand.

4/22 WBC count is 4.6 - the highest I've ever seen it

If interested in trying the herbs, I was able to find them in powder form at https://1stchineseherbs.com. Buhner actually recommends tinctures though...

I had high Bilirubin for about 2 years unexplained. Along with borderline low WBC, borderline low RBC. The last blooddraw about 6 weeks after my appendix and tumor were removed. The Bilirupen was normal range and the WBC count was mid range. The RBC was about the same curious if it goes up with time.

Although I did have WBC count through the roof right before my appendix was taken out. I can say now it was interesting to watch the scared look on nurses and doctors faces once my bloodwork came back in the ER.
