That sounds strange to me, but a cursory internet search makes it sound not too alarming. Eosinophils are responsible for managing parasites and allergens, so I would think you need some, but perhaps your body will produce them as needed. My understanding is that all varieties of white blood cells should be in range, ideally.
Do you take any antihistamines or any type of steroids? Those can cause eosinopenia. Cushing's Disease also can do so.
Are your other white blood cells normal?
I have a history of very high eosinophils, so I find them inherently interesting but don't have any experience with them being low!
