Are your lymph nodes being swollen (for me it’s in my neck and I feel them when I swallow) a sign of herx or die off??

Yes, with anything, but especially Bartonella. Dry brushing and manual lymphatic drainage can help somewhat. Make sure you move your body to keep lymph flowing.

I had a swollen (and sore) clavicle lymph node from lyme/bart prior to treating lyme.
When I went to my first LLND appt I asked him about
it.
He then told me it was a swollen lymph node.
With treatment it went away.
I did get another one during treatment - behind my ear.
