Sweating/Faint after eating

I have recently developed symptoms of feeling faint/confused/sweating/loss of breath immediately after eating. Maybe MCAS issue from histamine response?

I have been diagnosed with chronic Lyme and Babesia. Currently on Mepron and Biaxin for Babesia.

Anyone experience this or have thoughts?

Could be food allergy (anaphylaxis). If it’s happened more than once, was there a food in common between the events?
