Hi,
I'm quite experienced with using herbs for many symptoms, but only recently had I begun entertaining the idea that it would be useful to take the edge off the overall pain with opioid herbs. My main symptom is rheumatoid arthritis.
So I started munching on poppy seeds, because I had noticed an effect in the past when I would eat food with poppy seeds in it (i.e., a poppy seed bagel).
I'm up to 28 seeds, 3 times a day. I know that seems like a little, but I am super sensitive (I feel the effect of 5 seeds).
Does anyone have any experience with this or something like it? Any words of advice, stories to tell, studies or protocols to link me to?
