New Bart marks DURING treatment

I just discovered some new bart marks on my inner leg. They aren't red or purple but more white and faint, and long. I literally just noticed and took a picture. Ive had a very bad week herxing wise. I was on Flagyl for an infection unrelated to lyme and Bart. I think its too coincidental the new marks are noticed now and I'm at my worst with herxing. Is this something that can happen???

I have heard of them occurring during treatment occasionally

but if white and faint - is it possible that they are old - and you have just noticed them.

or it is possible that more just arrive over time - my partner has lots of what look like old Bart marks - but they were never livid red like you often see in photos - just pale like stretch mark like scars - but were not there a year or so ago

Flagyl is used by LLMD’s as a cyst buster. I was on it in August for an unrelated infection and was worried. I had only minor symptoms from the Flagyl while taking it and, thankfully, no herx or cytokine storm after stopping it. It did, however, mess up my gut, and I started seeing ropeworm again.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Flagyl caused a bart flare.

Yes it can happen. I've had weird rashes and bumps appear during treatment (including what I think might be my original tick bite), and I've had 2 erythema migrans circles appear in random spots during treatment as well. What's weird is they have literally lasted 20 minutes and then they disappear.
