When I had incredible all over body tension, I did get bouts of TMJ. Sometimes the jaw muscles would tighten enough to pinch nerves making it feel just like tooth pain.
There are some rare chiros that manually release face/jaw muscles. A few on you-tube worked for me. Its worth a try!
When / if Im super stressed, this will try to come back but I now know what to do.
A muscle left on its own in tension is not good...........needs to be released, not "cradeled".
