6PM MEGA crashing and symptoms

Hi, It's been several days and around 6/7pm mostly 6pm I crash severly like a clock.
Sudden onset of general weakness, eye fatigue and symptoms worsening especially coldness right side brain.. and bedridden etc. Huge crisis.
I wonder if low cortisol linked ? I do take ashwaghanda and dhea morning ashwaghanda morning and night.
Any idea what I could take to prevent these crashes ? They seems to get worse and related to bartonella. Since it gives me such huge inflammation and right neck burning cold brain and dull brain etc like something is releasing in my brain then huge brain fog neuro issues diffoculty talking doing things.. just need to rush to bed feeling like dying/passing out.

Well I've been having a very bad time lately, can't tolerate treathment, can't tolerate detox, can't tolerate methylation help. Idk What's wrong I have quite much test results but how to help all of this idk..

But I would say that the symptoms worsen...

Two days ago was the worst I had a sever sudden crash and coldness in brain feeling, had it everyday around 6pm but two days ago was the worst, then yesterday same BUT it came back every EXACTLY every hour.. Frist 17h45 then 18h45 then 19h45 !!! The third or second hour the stuff moved and changed place and much more fatigue symptoms and anxiety !!

I'm so afraid for this evening... Plus my symptoms are so worse left and right side brain on corticospinal tract area if I'm right it's so bad..

I'm afraid this might be a flare-up.. I did took gou teng one drop everyday then took mc-bar 1, 1 hour after mc-bar 1 I felt like doing everything and nothing at the same time and then around 6pm I crashed with cold brain feelings. I also get lots of inflammation when this happen, my neck is burning, huge fatigue, crawling tickling, brain like sleepin/anesthesia, excess drooling, sweating, right side leg weird feeling etc ... I wonder if 1 drop mcbar1 twice a week is enought.. But I wake up around 3 and 6 am seems to have liver problems I decided to take again milk thistle dandelion and artichoke but I'm doing so bad. I also tought about MCAS since I'm almost sure to have it but... What would cause such huge issues every hour ?! At first i tought adrenals but now.. idk. It seems to worsen with the days... I don't want to make a mistake I seem already to be full of toxins !!

I think I found the cause..

I called an ''LLMD'' I used to see before he said very weird that I get symptoms every hour. Today began at 14h45. He then mentionned Babesia, he said that let him think of babesia or some kind or parasite...

So I took Cryptolepis I think the minute after I took it it did effect, maybe MCAS I tought but then...

I muscle tested Artemisia negative, Sida acuta okayish, Alchornea nope, cryptolepis hugely yes !! I remember when I tested (energitically) with my new theraphist quinine I had a HORRENDOUS very intense direct reaction to it ! My whole brain, blood vessels, arteries, neck etc. I had to know then that What's causing the most problem is not bart or borrelia or candida but babesia ! Yikes... !!! LLMD's always told me that I don't have Babesia but I always tought of having it since I had so many weird symptoms.... !! Now that I was on treathment for borrelia and bartonella I still fell hugely sick and didn't felt like a herx. Ok I had both infection symptoms but the intense fatigue just made me always think of babesia. Maybe before I was doing better with the chloroquine and when stopping bam. Maybe it's so huge the artemisia is no help but better cryptolepis idk !! But I guess it's that !! I hope it's that !! I try to survive the probably ''herx'' my methylation and detox is a mess so I hope to survive this. I still get coldness release etc. Every hour since taking the Cryptolepis but when taking it I had huge reaction so it must be that. The coldness intense in brain face neck. And even gut makes so much weird sounds maybe it hitted candida too lol.

I just wonder if there's any good detox remedy for arteries/blood vessels ?

As for the mold yes, I did OAT test and came back with mold, candida etc issues..
