Herx sida update

Last time I wrote I took 10 drops of sida didn't know which made me herx between that and cordyceps. Seems knotweed and redroot do absolutely nothing for.me. so I added only 1 drop if sida to exactly 2 inches of juice and took literally 2 little sips to test out. Almost instantly my migraine and neck cracking went away bt then came that little brain on fire feeling. Now laying in bed had what felt like panic attack coming on sweats fast heartbeat anxiety then shivers and this like deep root tooth pain wth . Then as I was falling asleep felt cough like something crawled in my throat then my right side of throat and neck felt numb. Super scary felt numb when I swallowed lasted 10 min felt I could not breath. Just took regular alka seltzer it seems.to.be going away. Anyone else every get wierd herx symptoms like that off if just 1 drop of sida. Holy crap idk how I'm going to make it if that's happening off of just one drop of sida. I didn't even drink the whole 2 inches of juice just 2 tiny sips! Also why would neck cracking and migraine go away instantly ? What type of bacteria does it sound like I'm most likely dealing with ?

highly variable symptoms with no obvious cause is a hallmark of Lyme and co-infections - as a result, it can be difficult to differentiate treatment/trial reactions from the day to day variations in symptoms that may have happened in any case.

there are also the well-documented effects of placebo and the inbuilt expectations and biases, that we all have, that are very difficult to remove from any trial you design and administer yourself.

so it may be a good idea to run the trial again at least once more, before drawing conclusions.

sida is powerful - but very strong reactions are not usually experienced from 1 drop or a fraction of that.

Thanks that's wt I was thinking thought at 1st I was allergic then I'm like wait I didnt take an allergy med to take this feeling away so I took just a little alka seltzer and it subsides so I'm guessing more of a herx kinda skeptical bt like wow at the same time u know. And yes I'm thinking bart not sure wt type I came out neg for bart henslae and quintana or whatev bt the test was weak I must have some strain of bart. I distinctly remember growing up with cats dogs I've been bitten by fleas numerous times and ticks I've heard all of those can give u bart I felt like crap after being bitten by fleas I beleive that's when my stiff neck and neck cracking started actually. What can I substitute the sida for for the bart? And what do u guys do about mcas when this happens? I beleive the mcas reactions are more.feom the antibodies in your blood and your body fighting it rather than an allergic reaction. Ppl think mcas is allergies when in reality its your body producing an autoimmune reaction like if a foreign thing shouldn't be in there. When I thought I first got lyme.or rather was bitten by a tick at age 3 I was fine until the 4 when I could no longer eat fresh fruits veggies nuts soy supposed allergies must be mcas I get anaphylaxis

I would just add that Sida does have a small amount of ephedrine in it (according to Buhner) and some people including myself are extremely sensitive to minute amounts of it. It only takes one drop of Sida for me to feel like I'm on speed with a racing heartbeat, etc. So it's possible some of the racing heart and anxiety you experienced could have been due to that, maybe you could try other herbs and see if something else is easier for you to tolerate.

etsy was where I ordered frm horrible quality imagine up to 30 drops no side effects . Now order frm woodland essence dr. Buhner recommends it best quality. Just 1 drop of sida I herx extremely strong because has epinephrine which makes the heart race and feel panic depending on how u react to it
