I likely failed my first exam today. Normally 30-50 % fail depending on what course. I was unlucky with the questions, but yesterday I had a very big stomach crash and the same this morning. Woke up at 06 am as I needed to go to the bathroom and went 4 times before the exam. Not because of stress, but because my body is dumping toxins. Had a decent amount of brain fog also today, I think I would have gotten the extra points if I had felt better.
I wonder if the better sleep has something to do with it, as I haven't taken any treatment for 9 days.
But I will continue with setting the alarm at 7 am, and hope it leads to better health. The last month has been hard with a lot of brain fog. I need to work smarter and I think this will help with that.
Sometimes I hate that both my job and school is so demanding. And then add that I need to fix a lot of things with my girlfriend's company that doesn't work. I just tried to get the payment option to show for another country, but it doesn’t work…….
No time for me to be sick ☹
Only 1.5 days a week off work/school sucks……
