Simple things to help with COVID or suspected COVID:
manuka honey (or other raw honey)
hot herbal teas
gargling with salt water
neti pot
saline or xylitol nasal spray
as much vitamin C as you can handle
vitamin D
glutathione
zinc
quercetin
melatonin
SLEEP
REDUCE STRESS
REST
no sugar
In Stephen Buhner's comprehensive COVID plan a few months back, he listed the following for prevention:
Immunity - eleuthero, astragalus, cordyceps, rhodiola, licorice
Inflammation - mangifera indica (mango leaf)
lumbrokinase, nattokinase (or other blood-thinning herbs you might already take, like curcumin)
malic acid
And these for active COVID infection:
Antiviral - Baikal skullcap, isatis, hottuynia, licorice, forsythia suspensa, sophora flavescens, lycoris radiata, bay laurel essential oil, Japanese honeysuckle, Japanese knotweed
ACE2 interventions - licorice, Baikal skullcap, elderberry, aesculus hippocastanum, Japanese knotweed, rheum officinale, foods with procyanins (berries), foods high in lectins, cinnamon, luteolin, kudzu, dan shen, ginkgo, hawthorn
