I have the energy but am worried about the pounding - don’t want to jar my back... since that’s where my first, debilitating symptoms were... and still are - but not as bad.
Maybe I could do a light jog...
Have any short wood-chip trails nearby?
Or ride a bike. (enjoyable, body friendly)
I like riding the frozen lakes when conditions are perfect...which is still two months away.
If you get 6-10" snowfalls, short burst snow sprints are always a good self test. All it takes is a flat field or park. (work in progress)
