Galaxy or IGeneX?

My LLMD said he usually goes the IGeneX route but is willing to do whatever.

Galaxy is supposed to be the best for bartonella testing.

Galaxy - I believe one of the owners is the Bart “guru”. (Dr. M)
It many cost more though.

yep - galaxy get my vote too.

i think Igenx have brought a new Bartonella western blot test to the table - which is a good step forward from basic ELISA etc - but think i would still go with Galaxy

it's a very tricky bug to detect reliably
