SOD(Sphincter of oddi dysfunction)

I've had acute pancreatitis and gallbladder issues. I've come across SOD and am fairly new to learning about it. Has anyone been diagnosed with it or have heard of it. My oldest child has lyme like me and has experience this too now with little bit of blood in his bowel movements. This happened after he came BK pos for lyme. Now sure if he has bart or Babs bt he definitely has rage and these mood swings like never before and pans symptoms . He sweats like crazy as do I hit flashes. Wondering if anyone had pancreas or sod issues with borderline blood work results. My creatinine bun and other things are always like a number or 2 off bt dog says it's fine I disagree with all the pain we have.
