JK Plus and Red Sage

I am trying to take JK Plus and Red Sage and feeling SO MUCH WORSE on only 2 drops of each once a day.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did you change treatment?

Re: JK Plus, have you tried taking the herbs separately rather than in combo format?

In my situation, I had a bad reaction to Cordyceps (in powder/capsule format), and couldn't tolerate eleuthero anymore after taking it for a month (my severe fatigue had somewhat improved, and it became too stimulating). But I was able to tolerate Japanese Knotweed and Cat's Claw in normal-ish doses. Getting individual herbs and experimenting with dosages one at a time can help figure out what you tolerate best.

as above - i would try each herb separately - about 1 week apart and see how your body reacts to each.

i also found some tingling in my brain type sensations and mild spaciness from red sage root tincture initially - but that was at higher doses of around 2.5ml 4x a day
i am now up to 3.3ml 4x a day and find it perfectly OK.

initially, i may have had mild reactions to knotweed - but again have worked my way up in dosage over time and now take 25g a day ( recently increased it as a feel it helps me, as think i can link improvements in the past to when i have increased the dose - and noticed that Burher's recommended dose for a 150lb person in his latest book is 30g a day)

rarely hear people here talk about taking this much - it looks like a lot!!
