Achy hips?

Is achy hips a symptom or herx rather? Been on buhner protocol about 2 months my shoulders arm hips and knees are sore limited range of motion. It's almost like a dull aching pain bt tingle crawling feeling at times. My hips are so achy and sore. Is it a herx due to lyme or bart I was thinking more bart. Epsom salt.bath usually does it for me bt barely touched this herx

If this started since you started the protocol, then it’s most likely a herx. You probably have detox issues or you’re taking too high doses or ramping up too fast.

TUDCA Plus helped me tolerate treatment better. Epsom salt baths are good, too.

I also found that fungal gut issues and mold can cause a lot of joint pain and stiffness. Antifungals helped me - both Rx and herbal.

My whole body hurt, for years not exaggerating, any area or all of you can hurt.

There is no definition of what a herx is or is not.

I know that guess I'm asking because I've heard bart herx is way more painful and intense than lyme idk though that's just what I've heard. They also said bart moves from one joint to another. For example I went to my doc for sudden left elbow pain and swollen limit range of motion. Ny time I gt to my doc the pain disappeared and moved to my right knee and doc says bart will do that to the bigger joints??

Candicid Forte was the first thing I used. After the 2nd month at full dose 2 capsules 3x day, I had a major expulsion of pathogens from my gut. Had increased joint pain, bouts of sudden weakness, and some dizziness off and on for 2 weeks before the expulsion.

Is candicid forte used for bart or? And what do u mean when u say expulsion of pathogens frm gut? What happened? I've experienced the whole body weakness and dizziness was scared to death as I have it right now
Have your arms and head ever felt extremely heavy bt weak I can't explain if that makes sense?

My legs ache and some hip pain on right side.
My calf’s have muscle pain too.
