Let me know if you find someone! I'd settle for a primary care doctor who doesn't roll her eyes ostentatiously at the mention of Lyme.
I did find a PCP in Boston who is trained in functional medicine and claims to be Lyme-literate but she will pout if she is not in charge of your medical treatment (so if she and your LLMD disagree, then she expects you to do what she says). I say that she "claims to be Lyme-literate" because my first IGeneX test was negative, so she said there's no way I had tick-borne disease (never mind the positive co-infection tests and positive PCR test.) She's covered by insurance, though, and very easy to get an appointment with. Let me know if she sounds appealing enough.
Alternatively, there's a good concierge practice in Newton. It's a functional medicine LLMD who can act as a PCP, a functional medicine gynecologist, nutritionist, phlebotomist, and super charming receptionist. They take insurance. The catch is that it costs money each month just to be a patient there (a few years ago it was $60 per month). It's worth it if you plan to go a lot, want to b able to email you doctor, etc. I thought it was reasonable early on in my treatment when I was trying a lot of new things and had a lot of questions.
There was an awesome functional medicine practice in the Boston area called Visions, most of whom were LLMDs. The practice broke up several years ago now, but if you search of the names of the doctors who worked there, you can expect them to be coming from a decent perspective, Lyme-wise. (Both the folks I mentioned here worked at Visions long ago.)
