Is this mycoplasma or candida yeast infection?

I had Urinating difficulties which caused me to be unable to hold my pee for a long time and I’d get filled quickly and get aching pain but it went away, sometimes I’d get burning in my pee as well and had to pee like 8 times in a day.. I have a foul smell down there and i get pelvic pain, sometimes the pain is so bad I feel I might not be able to move. I tested negative for a yeast infection on a Pap smear, however they found white blood cells in my private area. So I’m wondering if I have a UTI ? From mycoplasma ?

Have you had a urinalysis or urine culture? If a doctor visit is unappealing, then you can buy the test strips yourself. Do you mean that there are white blood cells in your urine, indicating a UTI, or did a pelvic exam yield white blood cells elsewhere? A UTI can make your urine smell bad, and cause the urgency and pain. It seems odd that whoever did your pelvic exam didn't test your urine for a UTI. Your symptoms sound most similar to a UTI. People say this is controversial, but I have reversed a mild UTI with unsweetened cranberry juice and lots of water. D-mannose also can help. If you are in a lot of pain and/or this has been going on for a long time, then consider antibiotics soon. You don't want it to progress into your kidneys.

Some with Bartonella especially get syndromes that seem like UTIs but with no WBCs found. Plenty of people without tick-borne disease get UTIs, though, so there's not necessarily any association.

If you press on your cervix internally and feel pain, then pelvic inflammatory disease is a possibility, especially if you have a fever. That also could cause bladder irritation and a foul odor.

A foul odor could be bacterial vaginosis. That also could cause watery discharge and burning. That can be addressed with a local antibiotic gel called metro gel. But BV usually isn't associated with pain.

Is there any itching? How about cottage cheese-like discharge? That would be more likely to be yeast, but again, yeast would be unlikely to cause pelvic pain.

Where are you in your menstrual cycle? Is any of this typical for you cyclically?

Have you heard of interstitial cystitis? It can be associated with Bartonella, Lyme, and mast cell activation syndrome. It can cause serious bladder pain.

Hope you get to the bottom of this soon! In the mean time, drink tons of water, take some probiotics, and stop all sugar.

I have Lyme disease , Bartonella and Babesia .. I could have more co infections I’m not well aware of, I did get a prescription for a urine test, however because my printer broke I wasn’t able to print it so I have to go back. Now that you say that I fear of it getting to my kidneys m I bought a UTI protocol that will be shipped in a couple of days from Buhners protocol for UTI in Mycoplasma.. I could also have Chlymedia pneumonia and not know it ! I’m going to try d - mannose and cranberry juice thanks , is it hard to find d - mannose ?

I have no discharge , but today I got wetness not sure if it’s related or not, it’s watery and my period cycle is normal

I keep a container of urine test strips around, just for peace of mind when I have urinary tract symptoms. Those and D-mannose are easy to find on Amazon. Hope whatever this is passes for you!

Honestly, I can’t understand why a doctor would not do more to get to the bottom of this and treat it properly. I agree with sara. This sounds like an infection that needs to be identified and treated.
