I passed the exam 😊
I also had ½ cup of Chamomile tea and it again gave me days of pushing toxins. I still have stomach crashes now and then because of toxins. As I now study 100 % instead of 50 % or 75 %, and still have to work but less than before, I can't really afford to feel that bad again.
So it's back to the basic with quercetin, massage gun, low-level laser therapy, and working on my sleep.
Deep sleep has been going well and I have very high readiness scores on my Oura ring, but my timing and REM sleep is quite bad.
Lately, I have been sleeping midnight to 9 am, and I want to shift that to 11 pm - 8 am instead.
A problem I have is that I focus on my routines 6 days a week and then I want to go crazy on Fridays and that messes things up. Alcohol on Fridays for me is fine, but coffee late and then vegan raw ice cream at 1 am wasn’t that smart…..
I have made my own Habit tracker program and it seems to help with routines as I have been a lot better with my morning yoga and no screens 30 min before bedtime. I study/work 6 days a week so I don’t care about
that on Friday night and Saturday morning.
I have also been trying to increase my training frequency to 6 days a week. Still quite short sessions, but it's great for my focus to get a break and use my body for a short time.
I feel I have passion again and that must be a good sign that things are improving. There is a decent risk that I will crash with all the stress I have, but I think I'm good at noticing and adjusting when I'm close. I can fail the exam of one of the courses now, and that won't be a big problem.
I'm looking forward to spring soon and having breakfast and coffee in the sun on the balcony.
