I know Cream Of Tarter is high in pottasium but I’m wondering if anything else is just as high as it? I may have heart distress due to licorie root and I’d like to build my intake of potassium

Bananas
Potatoes
I had an elderly friend who had kidney issues - and was supposed to limit potassium - I remember those two were on her list.
You should be able to google it

All things that get gut yeast going if you eat to much of.
Potassium tablets might be better if you want to experiment with a lot of it. And how much is to much?
Never did anything for my muscle issues. Spasms are nerve related usually. They obviuosly control the muscles.
Magnesium is the salt conductor for the electrolytes in muscle cell. This actually does something that you can feel, but makes one sleepy as well. So take at night. Mag glycinate or any that ends in "Ate" Mag oxide is only a laxitave.
