Hunger, feel like I’m in starvation have no idea why !

I eat three meals a day and high in protein , carbs , calories and fats but still feel like I’m starving to death , I get hunger pains that hurt so badly but I’m bloated , have heart burn and constipation so have no idea what it could be. I take enzymes now with probiotics to help me poop otherwise I can’t go and I’m bloated too so not sure what it is. Any thoughts

Sounds like bartonella. Bartonella was eating up all my protein, I felt like I was starving despite eating huge amounts of food. I gained more than 50 pounds but my protein was so low I was getting edema (kwashiorkor) and my hair was falling out.

I am treating Bartonella , and I didn’t know it caused weight loss. I’m presuming it’s mycoplasma causing weight loss but could be Bartonella, what did you do to help ? I heard craptake mushrooms help . I might try it

I treated bartonella mainly with minocycline, and a few other things. I don't know if that would work for you.

No experience with the mushrooms the name of which is banned on the forum. lol.
