What are your go tos for pain?
Preferably something natural/alternative (besides CBD or kratom).

In so much pain right now sad
Hands, feet, back, KNEES.

Currently not on any treatment/protocol.

I have curcumin in capsules. I haven't noticed if it really makes a difference.

Not really.. I used to make batches of a fresh puree that I would mix with hot water throughout the day...but I honestly didn't notice much either. Some people swear by it though and it's pretty well researched.

DMSO topical liquid works as a great topical to drive in whatever anti-inflammatory you choose.

Ive used it over Penetrex, Arnica Montana, Epsom salt gel, Magnesiium gel or cream and even Aspercreame.

Your skin must be clean, since dmso will draw it inwards.

I put a little dmso is a shot glass and apply with a 1" wide cut off/ shortened natural hair paint brush (not nylon hairs).

The best thing for pain relief depends on the type of pain and what’s causing it. You said, “Hands, feet, back, KNEES.” You also said you’re not on any treatment protocol. I assume that means you’re not doing anything to treat Lyme/co.

For me, the best treatment for hands and feet was treating Lyme and bartonella, especially with houttuynia and Japanese knotweed.

I have back pain periodically. My lower back will get stiff. I have ropeworm and IBS-C, and those often contribute to the low back pain. If I use something to move my bowels more, it sometimes helps. Also, low back exercise that my chiropractor called the bird dog works wonders. Down on all fours, extend right arm and left leg straight out and hold 10 seconds. Then swap sides. Do a few sets.

My knee pain feels like inflammation in the tissues around my knees. That tends to happen when I am herxing from treatment or when I am overly toxic. If it’s from treatment, reducing dosages or taking a break works best. If from toxins, I try to detox more or find the mold and remove it.

Even if you’re not treating, if you have Lyme/co, you’re dealing with toxins. Epsom salt baths and TUDCA taken 2x day help me the most of everything I have tried as far as detox.

Binders may help, too. Activated charcoal is a cheap, easy one you can do. Take it 2 hours away from everything else including meals.

I just looked back at your prior post. You just stopped treatment with Disulfiram. You probably need to clear out the toxins left behind. If you can get some pure Cholestyramine, that would be the top toxin remover. If not, do multiple natural binders a couple of times a day. Take epsom salt baths. Use a sauna. Do a coffee enema. Whatever you’re able and willing to do to get the toxins out.

TUDCA that I mentioned above could still be a big help with this. I use TUDCA Plus from Microbe Formulas. I also use one from Nutricost and alternate the two. I feel like the MF one works better.

I like to try topical arnica or essential oils first for pain. The essential oils that work best for me are frankincense and peppermint. (Adding geranium helps if it's nerve pain.)

My partner likes Penetrx, and a friend swears by Topricin.

Curcumin helps me, too, by keeping overall inflammation down.

DMSO details;

It will help absorb anything that already has the ability to be absorbed through the skin.

Dirt larger than skin pores?- nope

Oil and shop chemicals? Probably, as they are already able to do so, so this most likely will increase it.

Topical creams designed to already be absorb-able? ....yes. With DMSO over it, Its noticeably improved.

DMSO has its own anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties, but combined with some other topical its more effective than either used alone.

Just be clean first. No big deal.

I use the Nature Gift brand , silver label, with the tree on it. Comes in glass and some type of approved plastic bottle (It wont eat this plastic per the recycle # on bottom). 99.9% pure. Red label has distilled water mixed in.
