Lyme Mycoplasma Genital Infection and Blood clotting ???

I have lyme , mycoplasma , Ehrlichia, Bartonella and two viral infections. I have recovered from my UTI but still got pain in my lower back and sides where my kidney and liver is and I have a bad pelvic pain infection from mycoplasma . Two days before my period I seen blood in the toilet and well the person I’m living with is on her period so I assumed it was her and then I have my period and I pee and I see blood clots ?? Not sure if it’s my period clotting or my urine and I have some kidney failure , I have a women doctor appointment on the 19ths and I have a lyme doctor now so I messaged them and I’m not sure what to do because I don’t want to go to the hospital or doctors .
