Swelling in Neck? LYME OR SOMETHING ELSE

Anyone have neck swelling?? 6 months daily for me... runs down lymph node track and corotid on both sides....very painful and makes me very dizzy almost faint.... Ct anf Mri show nothing when swollen...somethings happening... is it Lyme...A Coinfection...or something else?? Any help appreciated...

You have two posts almost identical. I responded on the other one.

It could be from toxins getting backed up. Could be bartonella. One of the primary symptoms of bartonella is swollen lymph nodes.
