I decided to take Diflucan for 2 days
Tuesday : 200 mg x 1 (evening dose)

Wednesday: 100 mg x 2 (100 mg am and 100 mg pm)

Today I come home from work and I have red dots on my left leg - front - from knee to top of thigh.

Looks like petechiae

Would this be from yeast die off?
Or what the heck?
Hope it’s not Babesia coming back.

Probably some kind die-off reaction. I remember getting little red bumps all over my back when I started antifungals.

You might try Claritin. While its not the solution if it goes away its a good diagnostic tool.

Girlie, do you get burning or itching from this dots? Is it only on the legs or also in other parts of the body?

It’s strange. No itching or burning.
Never knew it was there until I took my pants off.
Only on one leg.
They are still there now - haven’t changed a bit.

Did I mention it’s strange??? Lol

It could be die off or It might be simply a side effect, drugs.com says its common. But if it persists i would check with doc if its fine, just to be reassured.

"A skin rash or itching is a common side effect of Fluconazole. You do not need to be concerned unless you start feeling symptoms of an allergic reaction: swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, hives or difficulty breathing; in which case you should get to an emergency department immediately."

If it’s a side effect - it’s odd that it’s only on one leg
