In my case, things that help for the long-term were exercise and wilderness, or best yet, exercise IN wilderness followed by some couch time.
I have some natural areas close by but I couldn't really do much of it physically when lyme pain was at its worst besides hanging out by the local stream (calming), so I relied on popping pills/tablets of herb/supplement types like most here.
Supplements- On your last post I forgot to mention:
passion flower capsules/tablets,
face-flushing Niacin (instant relief),
and Lithium Orotate 5mg (very low dose).
