Long term clarithromycin and prolonged QT

Almost 6 months of clarithromycin and minocycline. Added oregano oil last month. Since a couple days my heart feels weird and immediately afterwards I feel dizzy, a strange sort of dizzy. I'm unsure if there is suddenly something wrong with my QT interval because of the clarithromycin or if it's a Lyme herx caused by the addition of oregano.

Anyone has any experience with this?

Good idea. What I’m wondering is, does it only happen at the start of treatment and if it doesn’t you’re “safe”. Or can it still happen months later.
