When I was doing it, I did it every day before I got in the shower.

Ditto - I dry brushed before I took showers or baths, especially during period of time during which I was very sedentary due to illness.

I did it pretty much daily before my Epson salt bath

Before showers could be good, but I only do it before ir-sauna now as I prefer other detox methods.
