Clindo question I

I know clindamycin is used for babesia bt I read that it can be effective for bart. Is the herx I'm experiencing on clindo like tje burning in head maybe a bart herx? Also babs causes headaches bt I heard it's more like a stuffy head pressure feeling. I heard bart headaches are more like migraines amd sharp stabbing throbbing pains in the back of head and neck area is that correct? I'm thinking the clindo is actually killing off some bart ad my migraines went away it's like a miracle lol. Had anyone else tried clindo for bart and noticed a difference?
