Anyone ever experienced a brain zap sensation?
I am doing everything i can at the moment with lifestyle and medication protocols so im not sure whether brain zaps can be part of a herx or not?

Do you get dizziness and disorientation with it?
I used to get like super dizzy and I could feel my body moving like I was on a boat, super sensitive to sounds almost like the world was askance, weird sensation in the back of my head. And I’d get “brain zaps” like jolts to my head during these episodes. This was my first symptom

A "brain zap" sensation would make me think of mold toxicity first, and Bartonella second. Are you dealing with or treating either of those?
Or by any chance weaning off an SSRI medication?

Nah no dizziness just some pretty extreme fatigue for me.
And no im not currently weaning off an ssri. I tested negative for bartonella but mold toxicity is definitely possible as i lived in a mold filled apartment in the topics lol

Yep think we've all had brain gaps, I have for sure, so has my mom. It's like a pulsing buzzing sensation hard to explain. Sometimes I feel a little vertigo with it, or like something is just really off
