Has anyone taken disulfiram and what were you're experiences

What are your experiences on disulfiram? Can it be taken in combination with other antibiotics? What are the side effects that are probable. Is remission possible with that drug. Ive heard so many people talk about it and just wanted to know more from people that are on it. Thanks folks.
