That is so great you are seeing results, even if slow. Just being able to live some makes such a difference. Just lessening fatigue is so big. 50% recovered means you have come a long way. Again, just being able to live life some makes such a difference. I was able to coach cross country and track again in the past year, and just finished a track camp for 20 high schoolers. But I could feel things going downhill in the last moth and just wanted to get through the camp. This week all broke loose and am back to a few years ago.
Your ideas are appreciated and good ones. My problem is the kidneys. It limits so much. Seems everything that helps is contradicted for those with kidney disease. Again, all good ideas,
I would take magnesium, but my magnesium counts are just below high normal. Not allowed to take more than 80 mg of vitamin - C each day and have to limit keto (protein in meat). That is not mentioned to nay say your thoughts. Again, they are proven thoughts and make sense. I have no idea how my kidneys got where they are, but I do know they were fine 11 years before I finally found out I have Lyme. Maybe something I took for treatment? No idea.
If I take something for low T-3 and both are good now (T-4), does that rule out Hashimotos? The exercise, sleep, lowering stress (easy, huh
are very helpful in dealing with this. Do you have any body pain, joints, and work through exercise.
Great, great to know you are seeing improvement.
