This pertains to my fast. I would have included this in my fasting thread, but wanted to get some attention as I need some insight quickly.
I had planned on ending my fast this morning, and my stomach is grumbling knowing that I had planned on eating breakfast, hence the urgency...but I noticed something that has me wondering whats going on, if I should end it asap, or keep goin longer.
Basically, this is what my stools looked like on this fast:
Days 1-2: normal
Days 3-6: mostly clear or very light brown water
Day 7-8: darker brown water
Days 9-10: A very gross darker green watery mess w/ some particle masses/consistency to it
Yesterday I didnt think much of it, but todays stool was so odd that it had me wondering whats goin on.
Is it possible that I'm expelling candida? Based on my google searches it appears that when cultured candida is green colored. If this is the case I'd want to keep my fast going several more days.
Or...is it possible that I'm somehow just doing some damage to my microbiome in ways I dont understand and thats the cause of the coloration? In which case I'd want to end it immediately.
Need to make a decision as I was all prepared to have some light food this am.
EDIT: Now I'm seeing that bile is normally yellow to green to start, then brown by the time it comes out due to chemcial changes. Maybe I'm just moving the bile through too quickly.
